Village Park at Spalding is a beautiful community with a lot of activities. My husband even said he was ready to move in because they had villas, condos and upscale restaurants, and so on. But with that comes double the price of the place where my mother-in-law is now. There's so much going on that we're worried that it might be overwhelming for her. For an independent living or slightly assisted living place, it's absolutely fabulous, but it's definitely not for someone with memory issues. It's fairly new and top notch, and the apartments were a little bit larger than the others we went to. They had a swimming pool and a lot of amenities. For what you get, the price is comparable to the other newer senior places.
I was "WOW'ed" upon walking in the front door. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the residents seemed happy, and I felt very comfortable there. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one!
Really appreciate all the staff has done to care for my mom. She has been there since they first opened and is so happy there. She loves the other residents and the staff.
We love to be here. Food was a concern for about a month, but is great now. Care is superb and the building is beautiful! Love the staff!
Overall, everyone is great!
Noble Village may look great on the outside but it's in shambles on the inside. The culture that the owning partners and interim executive director have bred at this place is stoic, uncaring, impersonal. I do not recommend anyone placing their loved ones here or working there unless and 'until' new ownership, new leadership (from the current interim executive director and higher) - are replaced with folks who really love what they do and truly understand the business. The change starts at the top. There are considerably better assisted living facilities around town.
After two weeks, food is inedible, pool is unopened, parking is abysmal, no leadership, staff turnover already. Marketing staff are taking orders and serving food in the restaurant. Staff are parking in the very few resident spaces available. Beautiful building and delightful residents. Unfortunately, they are all talking about moving out because conditions have not improved.
Food is inedible. Staff seems inexperienced and confused. Some amenities are not available. Parking is a REAL problem for residents.
Noble Village at Spalding structurally surpasses your expectations of a senior living community. If you are looking for a resort like community for retirement Noble Village at Spalding is the place to be. This community is not yet open and operating business but they are accepting new residents for their community. I spoke with the marketing director who was very pleasant and provided me with information regarding the community and signed me up for their monthly newsletter that provides updates on the status of the community. There are a few concerns, the owners of Noble Village at Spalding were the same owners at Noble Village in Suwanee, that community had continuous care issues and a high staff turnover. That community lacked the proper leadership that a senior living community requires. I can only hope that they learned from their previous building and have put in place the correct tools to provide their residents a well round arena of care and support, it is more than having a cosmetically beautiful building. If they have implemented strong care programs, this will be a phenomenal place to live and work.
