I'm living in Savannah Grand of Columbus. It is very clean and there's no urine smell, so it smells good. It's a well-appointed place. They have a lot of activities and the activity director is on top of things. My one complaint would be the med tech. I used to get my medicine around 8:30 and it was 10:00 last night so something went amiss. I had acid reflux for the rest of the night because I took the medicine late, which was a little annoying. It only happened yesterday though. I'm in a partially furnished room with a love seat sofa, coffee table, desk, bed, set of drawers, a table, and I brought a few pieces from home. It's a lovely appointed room and it saved me from moving a lot of furniture. The food is very good.

It is a nice facility with good reviews. I've asked a lot of people who recommended it. So far, it's great. My father likes it there. The staff is very good at providing assistance. They're always there if he needs them and they're always checking in on him. The food is very good.

Brookside Glen was a little above average. The location was very good. It was a good visit, and the staff was very professional. I saw different styles and sizes of rooms. The dining room was above average. They said they had activities.

It was neat, clean, and homey. They had adequate staff who seemed friendly and very nice. I saw people in the parlor, in the dining room, and in one of the sitting rooms. They were enjoying themselves appropriately. I didn't eat lunch, but I observed what was served and it looked very appetizing. However, this community was not appropriate for my friend because she doesn't need that level of care. It was very small, and I didn't feel like my friend would get the social interaction that she needs.
