We toured Regency Residence and we liked it very much. It matched the needs of my brother-in-law, and the apartment was nice, with a big walk-in closet, and a little balcony. He was offered three meals a day, they had a park where he could walk, and it was close to family members. We saw the menus, we spoke with the residents, and everyone was pleased with the choices they had, and the quality of the food. The staff answered all our questions, they gave us a nice tour, and we got acquainted with the place. They were really friendly.

My Regency Residence visit was very nice. Their apartments were really nice as well; I liked the view from the balcony and the size of the rooms. There are various activities and there are two senior centers on either side of it. They have enough to keep me busy, so I'm happy with it. I like everything about the place. They provide three meals a day, there's bus service to various shopping services, banks, and doctors.

Regency Residence is a beautiful place, the food is very good, and the people are very nice. I'm quite pleased here. They provide me with everything. The only thing I pay for is my cellphone. We have a pool and a jacuzzi. I have a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment with plenty of space, lots of closet space, and I have a beautiful screened-in balcony. The staff is very good, very friendly, and willing to give you most anything that you ask them to do. There's Bingo three times a week and Church services on Sunday mornings.

We went to Regency Residence, looked at the apartments, and talked about the meals and what goes on there. The apartments were very nice and roomy enough for a senior. We didn't eat there, but people said the meals were very good there. The people who work there were courteous, kind, and informative. Everybody was very nice there. The grounds were beautiful and close to everything. It's a very nice place. We were very impressed.

We liked Regency Residence. It was a good location to get around and to go shopping. It was a very nice place. The staff was very cordial and very nice. The dining area was perfect and the food was good.

The room at Regency Residence was smaller than the one I have right now, and you have to have your own furniture. I could do that because I saw a lot of used furniture stores that I could visit. They had good activities and I liked that. They had a pool, and there were trails that you could walk, which I liked too. The staff member who assisted me was very favorable, very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She would look up anything you wanted to know, which was a big help. She showed me a 1-bedroom and a studio. The facilities were very good. They were serving champagne for their residents and for the new people that were there. It was very good.

The staff member at Regency Residence was very nice and helpful, they took us around the whole place. I think it was a wonderful community, I would live there myself. We also had lunch there. They had a nice courtyard out back, a pool, and everything you need.

My dad liked Regency Residence, and we signed an agreement with them. The experience nd people were nice, and the food was good. They had a pool room and a TV room, play bocce, have mass in an on-site chapel, and give you a whole chart of things to do. The reason why my dad likes it is because it’s close to his home, so rather than driving 20 minutes, he now drives two miles.

I went to Regency Residence. They have a pool, a little gym area, and a hot tub. The room was nice but not as nice as the other facility I saw. The staff was pleasant. What I didn’t like about this community is that you could walk straight into the eating area; I didn’t like that. They had basic things for activities but not an awful lot. I think they have somebody that comes to sing once a week. I just saw individuals sitting in different places. The community was nice and comfortable, and had amenities, like a pool, a hot tub area, and a gym. Those are very nice and nicely kept. The rooms were comfortable.
