I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Elmcroft of Pensacola has been good to my mother, and they try to help me and do what they can. I haven't had any bad experiences with them. The staff is assisting her. She has a deluxe room, and she's got her bedroom furniture in there, a coffee pot, and a toaster. They have all kinds of activities for them like Bingo and religious activities. She likes it so far. They will give her physical therapy if she wants or needs it. She doesn't like the food sometimes. The price is comparable with some of the other ones I looked into.

My father has moved into Elmcroft of Pensacola. The layout is fine, and it's currently being updated. The carpet smells, and it hasn't been replaced yet. There's a noticeable smell in the facility. The staff is very friendly. The food seems adequate and pretty good. They do road trips like traveling to the casino.

I visited this facility
When I visited Elmcroft of Pensacola, the salesperson wasn't there so the activities director showed us around. I didn't like the atmosphere, I didn't think the place was as pretty as the other 2 communities I toured, but they have a nurse. The room I saw there was pretty spacious, and they're less expensive than those I went to. I didn't see any activities at the time I was there, but they do have them and I was told by the activities director about it. They have a cafeteria, and they're doing some renovation there.

I visited this facility
The director was very good. She really sat down and explained things to me. We toured the facility and the rooms, which were adequate. There was a nice closet space. The rooms were spacious. They were doing a number of activities. They were playing bocce ball at the time.

I visited this facility
The person I met at Elmcroft of Pensacola was not prepared for me, so she wasn't knowledgeable. She handed me a piece of paper that somebody had left for me to read. The facility was older and the room was older looking, and it needed updating. They were by far the most expensive one of the places I visited. It was clean, but I wasn't impressed, especially by the price.
