I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My mom moved into Savannah Cottage of Lakeland. It's very nice, it's clean when you first walk in, and it doesn't smell. It's cheerful, homey, and very pleasant. She's in a semi-private room, but it could have been constructed a bit better as far as the layout goes. She was able to get in first, so her dresser is by her bed, while the other lady has her dresser by the door. It's kind of crowded in their bedroom, but it does work, and both their sides are nice. The staff is mediocre. We told them not to give her chocolates, because she has onset of diarrhea that goes for a week, maybe two weeks, but they continually give her chocolates, and so they continually have diarrhea messes. They're supposed to help her with the toilet every two hours, but they don't do that, and she's had messy pants. I haven't seen any activities. All I've seen are residents sitting in the common room.
