Services are centralized at a PACE center that&rsquo;s equipped with an outpatient medical clinic, treatment rooms, recreational spaces and a communal dining area. Participants are provided with door-to-door transportation to the PACE center and all other medical appointments.&nbsp; 
 
To qualify for PACE, seniors must live in an area where PACE services are available, qualify for Medicaid or Medicaid and Medicare, and be able to live safely in a noninstitutional setting with supports. Seniors without Medicaid coverage can also participate on a private-pay basis.&nbsp; 
 
Seniors enrolled in PACE receive all of their care services through PACE-affiliated providers. Participation is voluntary, and seniors are free to leave the program at any time.&nbsp;
