My brother-in-law moved into Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. I took him to move in that day, they had me do all the masks, the gown, face shield, and sign in before I could even walk with him to his room. He's been in quarantine, so I have not been able to go up. His room is called an alcove, it's small like a motel room, he likes it, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I had an issue with was the price on the place started small, and by the time we wrote the last check it had increased a bunch. He takes one pill a day that he's able to do himself, but they charge $200 a month for him to take his own pill that they have nothing to do with, and that is not right. I know they bring the food around to him, but he said the only good food is breakfast, and the lunch and dinner is cold.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was okay, I didn't like the layout, but the staff was nice. The layout was not good for seniors, they're right there by the main road, and it's too open. They had safety hazards. The staff who gave the tour was great. The rooms were alright, the room they took me was pretty nice, it was a nice size as well, but the layout could have been better. They had a pool, and a nice dining area.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is great. My mother is very happy there, and it's clean. I couldn't be happier. The staff is very helpful, they call me if there's an issue, and they're very attentive to her. The food looks good. They have Bingo, church, movies, and ice cream socials. They have pretty good activities.

My mom is living at Brookdale Altamonte Springs and they have been very good, compassionate and helpful. They have kept me informed with issues on her care. I've been very pleased so far. The staff is very forthright with their answers whenever I have questions and they've been very kind. They have never given me the impression that I'm bothering them. They're very patient so it's been very positive. My mom is currently in a one-bedroom apartment at the same price as a studio until a studio becomes available around the middle of June, so they've been very accommodating in that respect. They have a lot of activities that go on during the day like exercises, games and movies. Everything is clean, pleasantly decorated, and very homey. The pricing is very much in line with others.

I would highly recommend Brookdale Altamonte Springs. I've been here for almost three years now. It's very inviting. They have full schedule of activities everyday. They have done very well in helping to meet the needs of people like myself. The food is very good. In comparison to some others places, the food is much better. It is almost like going into a restaurant. They give you a menu and you order what you want. Also, they're constantly trying to improve it. The staff is excellent too.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was very nice and looked older than others, but it was very cozy. They had an outdoor pool and a few outside courtyards. The location was easy to find.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was the worst of the places that we toured. It had only one-bedroom apartments, the entrance and parking were horrible, and it was the most expensive. They didn't have two-bedrooms, so we briefly went through the place and we didn't like it at all. The staff who accommodated us was trying to be very nice but apologized that they didn't understand that we didn't care for a one-bedroom at all. We saw very tired people in wheelchairs and three or four different sitting areas.

My mother-in-law is at Grand Villa. The room is clean, but I think they need to add more activities. They have a calendar, but I find it limited for the dementia population, and I felt they should offer more focused activities for the dementia patients. I think they need more oversight from their senior staff, but the staff seems caring. The dining room is clean.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was very nice and beautiful. The staff was very nice and the lady who is in charge was very enthusiastic and knew the patients there. She did a very good job. They also offered a nice selection of 1-bedrooms. I would recommend it.
