When we went to visit Atria Hillsdale, the place was livelier compared to the other place we’ve been to. When we got there, they were doing activities. It felt like it was a more social place. The residents were ambulatory. It's not posh and a little dated, but it’s still very nice. The director was very nice to us.

She is also using a walker and a wheelchair and will not be able to navigate herself around that place. It would be a fine facility for someone who is not as impaired as my mom. The dining are...

Read more Atria Park of San Mateo reviewsMy father-in-law is in Atria Hillsdale. It’s not overly large and seems to have the right amount of friendly staff to the right amount of people. There isn't much to the grounds, but my father-in-law has to be in a lockdown facility. The food is pretty good. The neighborhood is fine. The community is right off the free...

Read more Atria Park of San Mateo reviewsAtria Hillsdale was building a new memory care wing. The gentleman was very nice. They did have a big dining room, but I know that for people that can't come down, they bring the food to them. They have an "Atria Van" that takes them to Walgreens. If my father would have liked to have moved into a bigger place, I proba...
