Only blocks away from San Dimas Community Hospital, Walnut Creek Park and other local services and attractions, West Park provides residents with a wide range of community features. Our property sits on five finely landscaped acres with spectacular views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

After selecting a book from our library, residents can sit back and relax in one of our many common areas. Our fireside lounge is particularly cozy, and is a great place to catch up with neighbors. Computers with Internet access are available for use, providing an ideal method for staying in touch with family and friends. Residents enjoy delicious chef prepared cuisine that are served restaurant style three times a day in our spacious dining room.
Accommodations at West Park come in a variety of floor plans, and are offered in studio and one-bedroom layouts. Throughout the week, our engaging life director schedules a wide range of fun and engaging events. Some of these include outings to local attractions, exercise programs and even live entertainment.
Available Services
When daily tasks become difficult to perform, trained and talented staff members are available to assist. Some of these daily tasks may include dressing, personal hygiene or medication reminders. Staff personnel are on site 24 hours a day, so assistance is available at any time. All residences at West Park are provided with weekly linen and housekeeping services, and home maintenance needs are routinely checked. Our scheduled transportation program is a hassle-free way for residents to reach medical appointments and run personal errands.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad lives here. They're just great. The kids come and help them get dressed and take them to dinner. They serve three meals a day, they have Bingo, and they do one craft a week. They have some kind of entertainment in the ballroom every two weeks -- like singers or dancers -- and they have a party for each holiday. They help him every day, they get him out of bed, clothe him, and bathe him, and he can also press a button for help with anything else he needs.

I visited this facility
It was very nice, like a 5-star hotel. We ate there. They had a menu like a restaurant, so you just pick out what you want. It was very nice and very fancy. We liked the rooms a lot, and they're big enough for two people. The staff seemed professional, and everybody was nice and happy there.

I visited this facility
It was excellent and had a lot of benefits, like I can have a service dog and they had a dog park. I saw a studio apartment, but the closets weren’t large. The dining area was nice and open all the time, so you can go eat any time you want. This place is like a cruise ship with the amenities and activities that they offered. They were very careful to let you know that they didn’t have arrangements for anyone with Alzheimer's or serious memory problems. They made it very clear that they were for socializing and not for long-term care. They can give you assistance for bathing and the basic stuff.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I've been here for about a month now and it's been a very positive experience. I like it very much. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very helpful, respectful, and caring. The food is very good and there are a lot of activities. I am very pleased with them.
