A retirement living community with an ample number of premium amenities and services, MBK Citrus Place encourages seniors to never stop learning and growing. Our community is ideally situated close to a wide variety of local attractions and services, including shops, parks and medical facilities.
Featured Amenities
Daily meals are all served through our Dining by Design program. This nationally recognized and award-winning program is one of the best in the country, offering a variety of delicious menu options in a restaurant-style dining setting. When not partaking in one of the amazing meals, residents are often found enjoying a good book in our library, practicing on the putting green or taking a dip in our heated swimming pool.
Apartments here at Citrus Place are offered in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. These spacious accommodations are outfitted with kitchenettes, individually controlled thermostats and feature private patios. In addition, each unit also includes an individually controlled thermostat and emergency call system.
Available Services
When wanting to reach a local doctor's appointment or needing to run an errand, scheduled transportation services can be arranged for reaching area destinations. Residents of MBK Citrus Place also enjoy the added convenience of routine housekeeping and linen services. As needed, additional services can also be arranged, such as escort assistance to meals and laundry services.
To help residents stay active within the community, we schedule a number of programs each week to provide ample opportunity for seniors to stay engaged with each other. Such events may include exercise programs, community socials, educational programs and group trips to off-site locations.

I visited this facility
We chose Welbrook Arlington for my grandfather. The staff is very friendly, the community is very clean, and there's really great amenities. They are friendly and the location is close to our house. Also, the price is good. They have a lot of different options with regards to activities, and they have them pretty often, so he would be able to participate. We saw their menu and they also invited us to stay for lunch.

I visited this facility
Welbrook Arlington is a very nice place. They have three meals a day, the rooms are nice, and everything there is good. They have independent living, assisted living, and a section for Alzheimer's. The staff members were very nice, the people that I dealt with were very good, and when I decided to back out after I made a deposit, they gave back the deposit and a check for a month's rent. They were very friendly and kind about it. They have a library, a lawn outside, two dining rooms, and they are very nice, and very well-kept.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My brother moved into Wellbrook, and we've been very happy. The initial impression was very positive. They had beautiful rooms and a lovely dining room. My brother seems to be very happy. He has a separate living room, a separate bedroom, a TV, and pictures, so it feels like home to him. They're taking care of giving him his medications, and they've been a big help for us.

Welbrook Arlington is expensive, but it's everything you could want and more. I am in a ground floor studio near the courtyard and I feel very safe here.

I visited this facility
I liked Welbrook Arlington. I went back there for a two-hour wellness class one afternoon. I enjoyed it thoroughly, and I liked the fact that it was so much closer to my daughter. They seemed to have so much for you to do and had a lot of nice people sitting around. I visited with some of the residents. I like that it’s a graduated place where, when you finally need help, you can move across the driveway into a different level.

The food we ate at Welbrook Arlington was very good, and the lady that helped us was excellent. The rooms seemed small, but adequate. The programs were good, the residents were listening to the piano, and there were lots of activities.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
We chose Welbrook Arlington because my mom needed a secure facility. They had a memory care facility, but she's able to stay in the assisted living part because they have WanderGuard. We really like it. The one-bedroom apartments are nice and spacious. My mom has a little patio with a gate into the courtyard, so she can sit outside. They have a nice pool and water aerobics and lots of food choices. The staff though is kind of hard to come by. They have a lot of activities, but they're not very varied.

Everything was nice at Welbrook Arlington, but it seemed old and outdated. The rooms were very small for the price they were asking. However, they offered three meals a day, housecleaning, and activities, like arts and crafts. The staff seemed nice, too.
