Description of Huntington Terrace
With the Five Point Shopping Center, movie theaters, houses of worship and the Huntington Beach Hospital all just a few blocks away, Huntington Terrace provides a convenient coastal location, and offers outstanding accommodations and services for independent living and assisted living. We will also be adding MBK's wholistic personalized memory care program beginning August 2012. Our community is staffed by a team of dedicated and highly skilled individuals who are committed to providing personalized services and care to every resident, 24 hours a day.
Effective October 2012, we will be opening our Connections for Living by MBK neighborhood providing personalized memory care services for individuals and families living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments.
Featured Amenities
Our community hosts a broad range of features for residents to enjoy. For individuals that like to golf, our private putting green is perfect for practicing on. Enjoy a relaxing swim in our heated swimming pool, available throughout the year.
Our comfortable library offers a wide selection of reading material to choose from, or watch favorite films and movies in our on-site theater. We offer accommodations in both studio and one-bedroom options featuring wall-to-wall carpeting, spacious kitchenettes or kitchens, and emergency call systems, as well as reserved parking spaces.
Available Services
Scheduled transportation services for errands, shopping or personal appointments is provided by our transportation department. For residents that need it, we provide a full range of assisted living services based on the individual needs of each resident. Custom meal plans for specialized diets are gladly provided, and all meals are served in our restaurant-style dining room.
All residences receive weekly housekeeping and linen services, and complete salon and barber services are available on-site. Our full time activities program offers a fun and enjoyable events to take part in throughout the week.
Huntington Terrace is a high quality community that provides services and accommodations for independent living and assisted living as well as MBK's wholistic memory care program beginning October 2012.

The people at Huntington Terrace were very nice and very accommodating. The studios I saw were all very good. They had very nice courtyards.

We visited Huntington Terrace. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was really relaxing. It was really nice, but it was too big for my mother-in-law. She was intimated by being around so many people, but the residents looked very happy.

Huntington Terrace was a nice community. They had the best food out of the other communities we visited. They had a pool too. The amenities looked fine, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was professional and clean.
