I visited this facility

It was very nice and people were extremely nice. The facilities for living together for my wife and I was too small. They were the only place available and had the largest floor plan. The dining area is beautiful, and the place was very clean. The lady in charge was very nice as well, she knew a lot of the people who live there and called them by name. She came back to where we live, and she brought out a dinner to see what it's like, and it's pretty good. The appearance and layout of the community is very nice.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister moved in. The people are very helpful and fantastic. She seemed to perk up more as a person there and she has actually gotten to know the people, which is nice. The people are lovely and she's happy there, to an extent. I have a problem with the men's bathroom because there are smells in the hallway. It bothered me and they closed it off, so the smell isn't there anymore. They're very nice and they have muffins in the morning. They have a water diffuser with oranges and fruit. They can have coffee if they want, and they have a great television activity room. The outside is beautiful. They're very considerate and understanding. They only have a bus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but since my sister has her eye surgery they were going to take her to the doctors on Thursday since it was an emergency. They go out of their way to make it purposefully helpful for the residents.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Dad was here for almost a year. It was a nice place, but he needed more care because he was getting worse. During his first six months there, he had his own key to his big studio apartment and would go downstairs to eat at the dining area. He fell three times and went downhill. It was more independent than assisted living, so we had to move Dad somewhere else. Somebody was supposed to be checking on my dad if he was eating, and we found out that he wasn’t eating. There were also instances where they lost some of his clothes.
