My mother has lived here for five years. The past two and a half years I’ve come to visit her for a bit. The food compared to the current time was adequate. Bland menus and tasteless food continuously. Dinning room staff (majority) were unfriendly and had to be called upon to get any service. The grass was rarely watered and drying up. You could feel and see the budget cuts they were attempting to make everywhere. I returned June 2022 for a visit and was absolutely stunned to find really great tasting food. The menus had been reorganized to show some flair, pleasant to read and quite a bit of change in variety of food. The chef and staff are always out and about checking to see if you need anything and to see if the food is good. They reflect a true interest in the residents opinion. Mom is very pleased with it and has said so. It’s comforting for me to head back home knowing the place has made great changes!! Now we can only wait to see how it will last and how long THIS staff (Kelly, Kevin and Tim) will remain. I’ve witnessed three times the staff changing.

My impression was very good. It was hotel-like, and the apartments were very nice and very well kept. It's very convenient for all of the doctors. The dining room is more like a restaurant, and it's very nice. The pool is also very nice.

Terrible! Father in law transported out due to medical emergency by ambulance to Chandler Regional hospital. The following morning family went to collect his personal items, wedding ring, wallet, cell phone and watch. They were all gone and staff and management did not have a policy or procedure to protect loved ones personal items in a situation as this. After several more visits and phone calls still no one can account for or takes responsibility for these items. Sadly, three days later my father in law passed away with these items missing. If you have loved ones here or are thinking about it, watch out!
