We offer a full continuum of senior living options on one campus, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Healthcare Services. Additionally, we offer Home Health and Outpatient Rehabilitation, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies.

Independent Living:
Our beautiful 20-acre retirement community is located in north-central Phoenix. Residents enjoy the lovely park-like grounds complete with walking paths, a fitness center, an outdoor gazebo with a fire pit, outdoor grills, a bocce ball court, a putting green, a dog park, a sparkling koi pond, a heated pool, and a spa.
Assisted Living in Phoenix - The Oasis at Fellowship Square:
At The Oasis, we provide three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that when activated, alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help.
Assisted Living Monthly Rates Include:

We take a person-centered approach to caring for our residents with dementia by focusing on their daily comfort and anticipating their needs rather than responding to them. Reflections is a secure unit located on the third floor of The Oasis Assisted Living building.
Reflections' common areas are designed to provide a home-like atmosphere, with a 'family room' similar to the great rooms seen in many single-family homes. Here, residents gather together for meals, activities, and socialization - all important elements to maintaining health and wellness.

I Am A Current Client Of This Provider
Our mother and father live at Fellowship Square in Phoenix. It has been a God-Send for our family. Mom and dad are so happy here. They are very active on and off of the campus. Their apartment is spacious and perfect for them. It has been completely renovated and upgraded. They were able to pick out paint colors. The food is amazing! Our entire family (including the grandchildren) love to eat at Fellowship Square. They have a Cafe and a main Dining Room. The Cafe offers several lite fare items, while the main DR offers 4 entree choices at each meal. Breakfast is always made to order. My parents first fell in love with the grounds. They are beautiful. Lush green grass, palm trees, pool, dog park, koi pond- it's breathtaking! The staff is absolutely amazing and has become like family. In addition to independent Living where my parents reside, they have Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing in separate areas of the campus. We have no complaints. We would highly recommend this community to anyone.
