The food is atrocious. I refused to eat a bite. I wouldn't give it to my dogs. The rooms are small with two people to a room which brings me to my next report. The lady next to me was crying for well over an hour, more likely almost 2 hours, "Help me. Please help me. Please please please help me. I'm cold. Please please please help me. I finally started audio recording her cries so that I can show her family when I see them. I called my friend to tell her. I kills me to hear her cry and beg like that and have them ignore her. I couldn't get my meds on time. Finally, after going to sleep, the nurse came several hours late and I told her to keep her meds. I'm seeking a transfer out of here at sunrise. My contingency plan is that if I don't get a transfer, I will let them transport me to a doctor visit and then I won't come back. They are out of water. Have no gloves in the rooms and I witnesses workers going from room to room without ever changing gloves. There are piles of bagged trash everywhere. This is a place you might expect to see in a 3rd world country.

The rooms are small fairly clean. No cable or satellite. They are short staffed and not responsive. Do not bring your loved one here if they need attention from staff. You ring a call button and no response. If family is visiting they are still unavailable. The halls are atrocious and the carpets look like they have not been cleaned or sanitized in years. The website and pictures are deceiving. There is never anyone at the nursing station. It’s a scary place.

Atria Chandler Villas is very nice. I like it very much. However, it is a little older and a little farther from where we wanted to be. They have a small pool and a gym. The size and the layout of the apartment were nice. The place was clean but a bit dated. The dining area was nice and spacious but a little dated, too.

Atria Chandler Villas is very nice. There's plenty of room for walking, a nice swimming pool, and the food has been excellent. I have a one-bedroom apartment and I have cable TV. They provide laundry service for my sheets and towels once a week, and a girl comes in and cleans the apartment once a week. The residents have all been very nice. I'm very happy. They will take you to casinos and to Wal-mart, and they just had a trip to the mountains.

I liked Atria Chandler Villas, so I settled right then. It's very nice. The staff was very nice. I have a one-bedroom apartment, but they have an option for a two-bedroom. I'm on the second floor, and I have an option to move to the first floor in the future if I want to. They have a group of people that play cards, they have a swimming pool, they have activities, and they take you to different places to do your shopping. They have a food menu I can choose from.

Brookdale Chandler Regional was a very nice facility, very clean, but more than double in price. The staff was very informative. The dining area was very nice, and they serve food 24 hours, so anytime someones hungry they just go there, which was nice. They have a full calendar of events. It wasnt depressing, it was clean, open, and light. If youre in independent living, and you have to switch to assisted living, you dont have to move out of your apartment, they brought the appropriate services to you.

Brookdale Chandler Regional was a nice community. My visit was pretty good. The rooms were small and very hospital-like, it would take some work to make it cozy. The staff seemed nice, and my impression of them was pretty good. They had all the residents out of their rooms, and that's what I like about it. They had someone singing there, and the residents were all clapping and singing as well. The places I've seen were not as nice as this one. It seemed pretty clean.

I live in Brookdale Chandler and like it very much. The place is very nice. People are very friendly. I like my apartment. The food is good. I have met some wonderful friends. I know there are lots of activities, but I moved here three weeks ago, and I'm trying so hard to get settled; I'm having a hard time. I think the price is OK. I have looked at other places that offered less than this one does, but I have an apartment that has a bedroom and a living room, so I'm very happy with that.

The only downside with Atria Chandler Villas is they don't have helpers. If I go there I would need assisted care, but I'd have to hire outside help. Otherwise, I was very impressed and the price range is reasonable. They have villas, which are nice. They organize outings to restaurants and various functions, have performances, and have a pretty well-rounded activity program which I would utilize. They also said if I move in there in the summer they will give me the base rate possible, and I won't have to pay so much because the utilities are included. That's a plus.
