Atria Chandler Villas is very nice. I like it very much. However, it is a little older and a little farther from where we wanted to be. They have a small pool and a gym. The size and the layout of the apartment were nice. The place was clean but a bit dated. The dining area was nice and spacious but a little dated, too.

I am/was a resident of this facility

Atria Chandler Villas is very nice. There's plenty of room for walking, a nice swimming pool, and the food has been excellent. I have a one-bedroom apartment and I have cable TV. They provide laundry service for my sheets and towels once a week, and a girl comes in and cleans the apartment once a week. The residents have all been very nice. I'm very happy. They will take you to casinos and to Wal-mart, and they just had a trip to the mountains.

I liked Atria Chandler Villas, so I settled right then. It's very nice. The staff was very nice. I have a one-bedroom apartment, but they have an option for a two-bedroom. I'm on the second floor, and I have an option to move to the first floor in the future if I want to. They have a group of people that play cards, they have a swimming pool, they have activities, and they take you to different places to do your shopping. They have a food menu I can choose from.

The only downside with Atria Chandler Villas is they don't have helpers. If I go there I would need assisted care, but I'd have to hire outside help. Otherwise, I was very impressed and the price range is reasonable. They have villas, which are nice. They organize outings to restaurants and various functions, have performances, and have a pretty well-rounded activity program which I would utilize. They also said if I move in there in the summer they will give me the base rate possible, and I won't have to pay so much because the utilities are included. That's a plus.

What I saw at Archstone was good. They have four units with three nurses and six CNAs in each unit, so they're fully staffed, which is a big plus. It's a beautiful place, and it's in a circle so the residents can't wander out. The gardens are very beautiful, well-kept, and clean. It's a family-owned place, and they're a little bit smaller than our current community. They bring everyone down to the dining hall, and even if they're in a wheelchair they include them in everything. I think that's great. There are two people to a room, and so far we like what we've seen.

We visited Atria Chandler Villas. We liked the friendliness of the staff and the residents. A lot of people were out doing stuff when I toured the place and that was nice. The community was very clean, very nice, and very peaceful. My dad moved in there for about a month. The food and the dining area were very nice and had very good service. The people who worked in the dining room knew everybody and what they liked. The food was very good. The rooms were very nice. They had plenty of activities, like games, movies, church service on Sundays, and outings. They did stuff almost every day; their activity calendar was full.
