I was less impressed with The Waterford at Hartford. Nobody was there to greet us. We didn't know what was going on. When we finally found out where we were supposed to go, the people there didn't know we were coming, so it was a little disappointing. The person who helped us was knowledgeable about the place, but she was eating lunch when we got and was still eating when we were going through the tour, so it wasn't very professional. We looked at several different rooms, but they all looked fairly comfortable and adequate, and people had their own furniture. They were playing bingo and had a chart up with different activities. The residents said the food was good.
