Here at Ellen's Home of Germantown South our standard of care is based on helping our residents attain the highest possible level of spiritual, emotional and physical well being. Our staff to resident ratio is very high. Being a smaller home, we have the same staff members taking care of our residents on a daily basis. This is not only very conducive for our residents but with that continuity of care it is easier to recognize changes in eating, sleeping, behavior or health issues.

We have a lot of common areas where residents gather and socialize. Our remarkable living room with comfortable couches is where residents gather and make new memories. Our beautiful garden provides relaxation and encouragement to our residents to exercise.

Available Services

Our community gives great importance to our resident’s welfare. We wanted them to have access to immediate care whenever they need it. We have pharmacy service to provide all the medications our residents need, an in-house laboratory and x-ray to reduce number of outside medical appointments. Residents can get their hair cut to pamper themselves on our beauty salon and barbershop.

We are a small knit community that is why we could closely monitor if there are any changes with our residents needs and health. We provide our residents personalized care and should their needs change our staff is available 24 hours a day.
