Overlake Terrace was our second choice. We liked it. We had a really good feeling about it. They didn't have a pool, but that didn't matter to my mom. They have nice amenities. Their movie theater room was nice and the food was good. The staff member was awesome. She was very good. The rooms were updated and very lovely, but they were small.

The rooms at Overlake Terrace were very small, the walkways were small, and the traffic was bad. They are on the back side of Microsoft, and it was hard to get in there and hard to get out traffic wise. The building was old, but they're trying to remodel it. The staff was nice enough, polite, and professional. There was very little parking spaces at the facility. The dining area was small with a low ceiling, so it was more like a cafeteria in a nursing home. They have a memory unit as well.

Overlake Terrace didn't meet our needs. With the difficulties with my wife's health, they were not sufficient for what we needed. It was good overall. There were activities that were of interest to us. There were caring people there that helped look after us. The food and nutrition was outstanding. Mary's health needs were more critical than they could supply. I could've stayed, but it was not something I wanted to do without her there. They tried their best and they did well with what they could provide. They had mental activities, they had word game, bingo, Pictionary, entertainment where they had people come in and play instruments and do sing-alongs, and they had theater events. They had difficulty with people who are more dependent and needing of specialized care, but for the general population they were very attentive, quick to respond and tried their best. The food was really outstanding. They had to puree her meal and they made a concerted effort to be sure that they provided a meal like that. They were in the midst of rehabilitating the place.

Overlake Terrace was very good and nice. It's a beautiful place. The staff was very nice. The dining room was set up really well and it was very pretty and really nice. They had activities, like games and bingo. They take people in a bus, which is really nice.

My father moved into Overlake Terrace. Its a very nice place, has a nice feel to it, and there are lots of activities going on. The staff seems caring toward the people, and overall we're pleased with it. They've had plays, music, and my dad liked the Memorial Day tribute that they had. He seems to like the food, it's served in an open and spacious dining area, there seems to be good choices, and we like the flexibility of when you can go have a meal.
