Had a relative here recently, Linden Grove is out of compliance with state requirements. Administrators and Director of Nursing will not talk to you even when you have a serious concern about the health of a patient. Communication is not good and no one at any level ever returns phone calls at this facility. They do not properly take care for wounds or surgical sites which has resulted in infection and even worse outcomes. Even though clothing is marked with the patients names, they lose entire wardrobes. My heart breaks for the Nursing and rehab staff there that genuinely do care for their patients. Sad that these wonderful people have to work under leadership that seems to only care about putting bodies in beds. This facility desperately needs a leadership overhaul.

My dad moved into Willow Gardens, its beautiful, and he really likes it there. The staff and residents are very kind. It was a good fit for him, theyre very accommodating, and the food for the average person is wonderful. However, my dad is a vegetarian, so his food choices were limited. I stayed with him for a whole week, they were very nice, I stayed in his room, and they let me eat for nothing every night. I though the food was delicious. They had bean bag softball, which was cute, they play cards, games, and a bus takes them on a day tour.

My mother is at Willow Gardens. It's very clean, very bright, very cheery, very well maintained, and there's exceptionally nice people there. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. She likes the food and their menu choices. She is happy with the dining facility and the food. The activities and the amenities are all good. She's very happy there.

I visited Willow Gardens, and I thought the people that I met were very friendly. The unit I saw was quite nice. It's independent living, and they have people you can hire for assistance. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Brookdale Puyallup was a wonderful place and would have accommodated my mother-in-law's needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the place, the people, and the administration.
