Holiday South Hill is an all-inclusive independent living retirement community in Puyallup, Washington designed to offer older adults a comfortable and active senior living experience.

The community features spacious independent living apartments, including studio, one- bedroom and two-bedroom options. Each apartment comes with a kitchenette, walk-in shower or tub, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and basic cable TV. Some units also include a private patio or balcony. The monthly rent covers essentials including three freshly prepared daily meals served in the community's restaurant-style dining room, housekeeping, linen services and scheduled transportation around Puyallup.
