Beautiful outdoor areas! Lovely walking path with amble seating throughout. Nice seating lounge area with pudding green and a bocce ball area.

Paul Spring is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a independent, assisted living or memory care for their loved one. I recommend on taking a tour and seeing for yourself!

Michelle was amazing to work with, she went above and beyond in every way. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. Mom did not go to the facility and we needed to remain in NY. Once mom improves and if where she currently is living does not work out this is the place for her. Facility is new, clean and feels like a place I would want to live and where mom would be supported.

Manchester Lakes was a nice community, but I don't think it's a good fit for my grandmother. The staff was very professional, friendly, and well mannered. Everything was pretty good. They had a library and an exercise/fitness facility.

We're going to go to The Fairfax Fort. We were impressed with the grounds and the security features in the concierge desks, and all the staff members seemed very polite and friendly. Those were the things that immediately made my mother feel at home. As regards the interaction now that we're going through all the paperwork to get my mother to actually move in, everyone has been very efficient and very responsive, and so far, the process has been very smooth.
