Licensed as a Level III community, we care for residents needing assistance with daily living skills, dementia, and end of life hospice care. Our rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE and extremely affordable. We have a small client to staff ratio of 3:1, which means our very dedicated, hardworking, dependable, and loving staff can provide extremely individualized care. There are â€œplenty of handsâ€ supporting your loved one so there isn't a need for a family to arrange additional support for a family member.

Rayland acres is situation on 3 stunning acres in a beautiful, safe, tranquil neighborhood. Our residents enjoy spending time on our large farm-style porch or congregating in our common areas. Activities abound, and are driven by our residents' interests.
