Offering both assisted living and memory care, we cater to seniors who need an extra helping hand with life's daily chores. Our central location in Holladay boasts easy access to I-215, the Van Winkle Expressway, and numerous parks, shopping centers and medical facilities.

At Cottonwood Place, seniors enjoy care-free retirement living as our 24-hour staff cheerfully take care of the housekeeping, linen service, transportation, activity planning and meal service. Our unique Dining by Design program offers open seating, no set mealtimes, a restaurant-style atmosphere and delicious, hot meals three times a day.

Residents choose from a selection of studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment floor plans, all of which feature private bathrooms, individual climate control and convenient kitchenettes. Homes boast spacious layouts, walk-in closets and granite countertops. All maintenance and utilities (except phone) are included in the monthly fee.

Available Services

As an assisted living and memory care community, we provide 24-hour supportive care services to help our residents live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Our caring staff provide both scheduled and unscheduled assistance with life's daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, escorting and eating.

Our signature Generations memory care program is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of seniors with memory loss and other forms of dementia. It takes a person-centered approach through socialization, activity-sensitive programming, specially trained staff and counseling support for family members.
