I visited this facility

We're going to go to Heritage Place in Bountiful. I like it, it was very nice, and everybody was very cordial. They gave us a pick of which room we wanted, and it was nice. The staff members were very nice. They showed me a room where if I ever wanted to do any cooking or baking, I could do it there, or even show people how to cook if they wanted to learn. They went out of their way to be very nice. They had a couple of rooms. They have games and they do different things on different days. They have a room where they do church services too, which I was very happy about. When it gets nice out, they have a place where they can do a little gardening. The staff said the boy scouts built boxes there last year so the residents can grow flowers in them or whatever they want to grow.

Heritage Place's layout is really good. I'm pretty happy with it. The apartment is perfect for her needs. The staff members are good. However, sometimes they get so busy that they forget scheduling and they don't communicate with the front office. The dining area is nice. I was able to eat there one time and the food looked good. They offer normal portion sizes. I haven't been able to go to their activities because the lockdown started the day after I dropped her off. It looks like they stay pretty busy. The staff members have been very good and the cleanliness is pretty good, too.

Legacy House of Bountiful was very nice. I had a good first impression. The room looked good and was a good size. The staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The dining area looked really nice, but we didn't get to try the food. It looked like they had plenty of activities. They keep the residents active. They had a place where they bring in outside entertainment.

Heritage Place Assisted Living was very nice. It is the place that I have been trying to get my mom in. I really enjoyed the tour. It was nice. The person who assisted us was very nice and very helpful. The dining area was very clean. They took me into a couple of different rooms that were very nice. The only issue I had with them was the parking as there was hardly any.

Legacy House of Bountiful was very nice and very clean. The person who accommodated us was a very nice girl. The residents were just finishing up with their hot chocolate bars, which was a thing they had going. They gave some to my 4-year-old grandson and he loved it. They had a lot going on there. They had a list of lots of different things they do for the residents. They have exercise and movies, and they have lots of interactions with the people that live there. The room was very nice too.

Heritage Place Assisted Living feels more like an apartment than an institution; that's important. The person who helped me was very helpful. I didn't try the food, but the fact that the staff is all eating there is encouraging. I know they have several activities, but I didn't observe any. They have a pool, an activity room, and a gathering room. They try to organize activities several times a week.

Heritage Place has been excellent with us. They have worked with us, they have gone overboard helping us, and they've been very nice to us. They're feeding my parents good and making sure that all their needs are taken care of. They're in the memory care unit and they are together in one room. They do crafts together, drawing, they make bracelets, they sit around and kick a ball, and they play music with them.

Heritage Place was nice, clean, and a little bit older. They have activities for the residents. I liked that it's smaller and my mother has trouble remembering, so she gets lost a lot. This place is great for someone that has trouble with directions or remembering things because it is smaller and so there are less chances for them to get lost. I talked to a few of the residents and they were very happy there. They just loved the place. The staff was very friendly, but I never got a follow-up call. They have a central laundry there.

I visited this facility

We visited the Legacy House. It was very clean, everyone was very helpful, and the residents seemed happy there. However, the memory care was not up to the same quality as the rest of the facility. It was dark, dingy, and it did not look as inviting and homey as other facilities.
