Reviews of Bountiful Assisted Living Facilities

Legacy House of Bountiful

Review by SV | Consumer

We visited the Legacy House. It was very clean, everyone was very helpful, and the residents seemed happy there. However, the memory care was not up to the same quality as the rest of the facility. It was dark, dingy, and it did not look as inviting and homey as other facilities.

Legacy House of Bountiful was very nice and very clean. The person who accommodated us was a very nice girl. The residents were just finishing up with their hot chocolate bars, which was a thing they had going. They gave some to my 4-year-old grandson and he loved it. They had a lot going on there. They had a list of l...

I didn’t like Heritage Place. It reminded me of an old nursing home. It was depressing, smelly, nobody interacted with anybody, and the memory care unit was in the basement. It wouldn't be on my list.

I was not impressed with Heritage Place. It smelled funny when we went into the different areas, the patients were wandering around aimlessly, and it was not clean. Everyone was really nice, but it was sad and depressing. The entire place was not up to quality, and it didn't seem to have any direction.

To qualify for a loan, seniors must meet minimum income and credit requirements. Elderlife allows up to six joint applicants to make the approval process easier.
