Available Services

Not only is Poet's Walk Round Rock comfortable with its plush amenities, dining and housekeeping services, but our stellar care team is available 24 hours a day to attend to resident requests. We are there to proactively meet the needs of each resident as well as respond to urgent needs. Our nursing staff will create a personalized care plan assisting with essentials such as extra housekeeping and laundry, to medication management and help with activities of daily living.

In our delivery of memory care services, rather than focus on the challenges and negative issues, we consciously use positive language with each resident. Working with residents and their families, we understand each individual's needs and mold our services to fit their unique abilities, strengths and gifts. We have a 24-hour nursing staff and as part of each resident's care plan, we perform regular wellness checks.
