I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad has moved in. It's a very lively place. There are a lot of activities and the staff is great. There's a full schedule of events that happen on a daily basis, like exercise class in the common room, bingo, cards, and music playing over the loudspeakers throughout the day.

Overall, Mom's care has been good. She seems to be more alert, looks better, and she's more talkative. She also gets to participate in different activities. Overall, we're pretty satisfied. There are some issues we did have to follow up on, like when there was a period of a week that the staff did not clean her restroom, but I would communicate with the director to get it resolved. They have Happy Hour once a week, church services, and a wall where they put pictures of the veterans. They also have a morning exercise program, and my mom was chosen as the resident of the month. If there's something that she never got an opportunity to do, they try to make that happen for her. The one thing she really wanted to do was go out to dinner, so they took her to a nice restaurant, and she enjoyed it.
