The Forum at Memorial Woods is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

Our newly renovated high rise offers accommodations that range from spacious studios to grand two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and balconies. Each residence features a private bathroom, an emergency medical security system, wall-to-wall carpeting and free basic cable TV.
You will never run out of things to do at The Forum at Memorial Woods. We have a multitude of common areas which include a library, a cocktail lounge, an exercise facility with a heated pool, and a chapel. However, one of the favorite common areas is our restaurant, where our chef provides residents with a customized menu and dining experience that features seasonal and organic ingredients.

The staff at The Forum at Memorial Woods work round the clock to assist residents in daily activities, provide regular health assessments and take care of the housekeeping.
