We are so glad we found this place. It’s a great atmosphere and the staff and owners are amazing. They are so caring and truly care about the residents there.

Avoid this facility. Maintenance is practically nonexistent, which is disastrous for a complex that was already in terrible shape before new, out of town ownership. It’s online pictures bear no resemblance to the actual facility.

All the people at Waldenbrooke Estates were very friendly. I chose a spacious two-bedroom apartment. They had a lot of activities going on all the time, and they would provide three meals a day. Housekeeping will come in once a week to change the bed linens and clean the apartment, and they would do laundry of the bed linens and the towels.

The Waterford at College Station didn't have a 24-hour nurse nor monitoring so if someone got up in the middle of the night, they wouldn't know. The place seemed nice, though. The staff was very nice and friendly. The apartment I saw was spacious and had a large bathroom that was wheelchair accessible.

I liked Waldenbrooke, the appearance was really nice, as well as the entrance and lobby area. The two people I passed were friendly. It was expensive. They have quite a few wellness programs and they take trips.

The Waterford at College Station was very nice. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Overall, we were impressed. The people were nice. The person who assisted me was very professional. The dining area was very clean and very nice. No one was in there at the time we were there. There wasn't anything going on while we were there too. They scheduled us at a time that was kind of calm. I think we looked at just about the entire community and everything was very nice.

Waldenbrooke Estates was a really nice place. It was older, which has its advantages, like the bedrooms tend to be larger compared to newer ones. It needed some landscaping in order to make it more appealing. I really liked the two-bedroom apartment with two baths. It was quite large with a nice open plan.

The rooms that we saw here were adequate and clean. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The food was better than what I expected. The place was clean, lovely, and very homey. Also, they have a lot of planned events.
