Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

At Morningside of Belmont, residents enjoy apartment-style living with several different floor plan options available. Our warm and pleasant common areas are luxuriously furnished and our wooden rocking chairs invite you to sit in our courtyard and enjoy the sunshine.
Meals are served daily in our restaurant-style dining room. Our chefs are trained to meet high standards of food preparation and frequently adjust menus to incorporate resident requests, seasonal ingredients and signature specialties.
Available Services
For comfort and convenience, we take care of the housekeeping, personal laundry and linen services. Our Activity Director plans a full calendar of fun activities while our care staff are available on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each assisted living resident receives a personalized care plan upon move-in, which is continually adjusted as needs change. Our cheerful caregiving staff are on hand to offer assistance with life's daily tasks such as dressing, transferring and taking medications.

I am/was a resident of this facility
Im living at Morningside of Belmont. Its very nice, the food is excellent, I really enjoy the location, and its more than adequate. They go out to lunch about twice a week, and a choir from Belmont sings a couple of times a week. The staff is excellent, very nice, most of them know my name, and recognize me. Im very pleased with the staff.
