I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Town Village Audubon Park's price was right and the facility was very nice and clean. They had everything we were looking for for a very good price. All the meals were included as well as 24-hour security. They provide a medical alert bracelet, exercise facility, and on-site physical therapist.

I visited this facility
Town Village Audubon Park was wonderful, very nice, pleasant, and had a lot of trees around it. The interview was wonderful, and the price was good. The staff member who accommodated me was very gracious and gave me everything I needed. There was just very little near it in the way of groceries or eating places, and it wasn't close to my church or my family.

There are grocery stores, restaurants, and the Oak Court Mall just one mile from our community. Laurelwood Shopping Center is just over a mile away with plenty of options for shopping and dining. What is even more exciting about our proximity is that we have a transportation service that takes our residents to these shopping centers on a regular basis at no additional charge. We understand location is very important to you, and hope this information helps!

I visited this facility
Town Village Audubon Park was very nice but located in the busy part of the town. They offered meals any time of the day, so there was no set time to eat. They had a gym and a swimming pool.

Town Village Audubon Park was professional, good, clean and well organized. The staff who assisted me was professional and good, too. The rooms were good, satisfactory and clean.

I visited this facility
I toured Town Village Audubon Park, and it was just a very nice facility. The people there were friendly, and I saw the residents interact with each other. It was a roomy place and not cramped. If my mother decided to go to a facility, that would have been the one I would choose for her. The young lady has followed up with me and I appreciated that.

I visited this facility
Town Village Audubon Park had an excellent location. If the rooms had been bigger, I would have been sold on it because of its location. It is near the mall, Dixon Gallery, and right across the street from Audubon Park. They had salt water in their swimming pool. However, the price was a little high, and the bedrooms were too small. You couldn't even fit a chair in there to sit down. However, the atmosphere was very good.
