I visited this facility
I visited The Woodlands at Furman. It's very nice, affiliated with Furman University, and they have access to a lake, to concerts, and sporting events. The staff member was fantastic. She gave us all the information, she gave us the tour, and helped us select an apartment. It's a very small apartment, but Mother plans to move to a larger apartment if they open up. It has a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, and everything is new. It's a one-bedroom and it has a little patio area, living room, and kitchen that's kind of open, plus a bathroom. The dining area looked great and they seemed to have a really good program.

I visited this facility
We went to The Woodlands at Furman and saw the whole thing. It's very nice, and it's one of the so-called luxury level communities. It's associated with the university and you have access to university facilities and events. The staff was very nice. The room was very nice. It's a relatively new facility. They had a golf course, wellness areas, and just about everything.
