Our personal care communities, The Inn and The Pines, feature gracious rooms and suites, each with private bath. Personal care provides an ideal living arrangement for adults whose independence would be enhanced by an individual program of assistance with daily routines, giving you the peace-of-mind that you deserve.
Relax and enjoy a lifestyle free of the everyday responsibilities of owning and maintaining a house in our one- and two-bedroom independent-living apartments, The Willows. Apartments are located off of a private interior lobby, each featuring a private patio or balcony. Enjoy our spacious lounges, fitness room, beauty salon, and café, as well as outdoor ponds, community porches, and picnic pavilion.
We also offer Memory Care in our Wellspring Memory Care Community at 610 West Westhall Drive and Skilled Nursing at 1950 Cliffside Drive. Our Wellspring Memory Care Community is a caring, secured, purposely built personal care community for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Through a life-affirming, therapeutic environment, we emphasize strengths and support wellness. In-house services include a physician; podiatrist; opthalmologist; dentist; psychologist; occupational, physical and speech therapists; and beautician/barber. Recreation programs are designed to meet cognitive, social, physical and emotional and spiritual needs. Our dedicated staff, each specifically-trained in dementia care, provides each resident individualized assistance with activities of daily living in our secure, comfortable home-like environment; including a secured, outdoor courtyard and garden.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Juniper Village at Brookline is decorated very nice, is clean, and smells fresh. The staff seems to be very kind and accommodating. You're allowed to bring pets. My mother's room is just a bedroom with a bathroom, and it's nice and clean. They have activities for the seniors even though my mother doesn't want to come out of her room. She also likes their food, and the price is reasonable.

I visited this facility
Juniper Village at Brookline was OK. The rooms were satisfactory. The staff and the dining area were very nice. There were activities, like bingo and card games, but it's not like home.
