We are nestled on the edge of the Thistledown Development, conveniently located on Rt. 322, three miles East from Hershey Medical Center.

Rather than having a regimented routine, we honor residents’ daily choices and evolving needs by supporting them in ways that keep them feeling as safe and independent as possible. Our smaller community (40-50 residents) helps maintain personalized care and special relationships. Age-in-Place Model

We are so dedicated to the philosophy of aging in place that we provide experienced staff and specialized services for 10 levels of individualized care. This enables our residents to enjoy their lives uninterrupted at Columbia Cottage.
