Our one-floor Senior Living Community is located along a picturesque creek in a meadow in the quiet town of Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania. We are 3 miles from Historic Jim Thorpe and 12 miles from Tamaqua. We are also conveniently located 7 miles from St. Luke's Hospital System in Coaldale and 11.5 miles from St.lukes Carbon Campus in Lehighton Both Hospitals have opened many satellite offices in our area. Since 1999 MapleShade Meadows has served the Elderly population of Carbon and surrounding counties

Our community is proud of our affiliation with We Honor Vets and is dedicated to providing a safe haven for our national heroes. Compassionate and Caring Staff members with over one hundred years of experience are onsite around the clock to keep Residents safe and comfortable, no matter the time of day or night.
