When your loved one joins our community, they can choose from our studio, one- or two-bedroom floor plans that have a kitchenette, spacious closets and wall-to-wall carpeting; some even have a cozy gas fireplace! All utilities are included in the monthly fee, which takes the hassle out of bill paying. Weekly housekeeping is provided by our staff keeps the apartments tidy and frees our residents to pursue more enjoyable activities.

Each day at Evergreen Estates Retirement Community, opportunities are available for residents to socialize with their friends through our life-enriching activities. In the lounge, we feature Bible study, Wii bowling and games. There is also a billiard table and an on-site beauty salon so residents can always be looking their best.

Scheduled transportation services take our residents to church each Sunday, shops or to personal appointments. For overnight family visits, family members can stay in one of our guest suites. To save our residents a trip to the doctor's office, we have an on-site examination room where our house doctor can perform checkups. There is also a house podiatrist, and we also provide physical and occupational therapies.
