Tanner Springs is an inviting senior living community that offers assisted living and memory care services which are designed to enhance our residents' lives. From fun holiday celebrations to outings that allow our residents to explore the area, we don't overlook anything when it comes to caring for our residents.

Featured Amenities

When joining our community, new residents may select from a studio or one-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has a full bathroom, an emergency call response system and views of our scenic grounds; the larger units also include a kitchenette. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings to make the space feel as their own.

Because of the numerous activities we offer every day at Tanner Spring, our residents don't remain in their apartment for long. Favorite activities are ice cream socials, BBQs, visits to Mt. St. Helens and family events. Holiday celebrations are also looked forward to, and everyone loves to dress up for Halloween and participate in Easter fun.

Available Services

Our residents enjoy three, freshly prepared meals served restaurant-style every day, and healthy snacks are provided between meals. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments. Weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service frees everyone from daily chores so they can have more time having fun.

For each resident we craft an individualized support plan that details the level of care we will provide, whether it's assistance with activities of daily living or medication. Our staff is on site 24 hours a day to lend a hand whenever it's needed. We also offer memory care for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.

I visited this facility

It is close to where my mother lives, and she already knows some people there. They have activities and dessert twice a day. The rooms are mediocre, but the kitchenette is pretty. They have a variety of things like outings to different events, a beauty parlor, and a gardening area with raised gardens. They have church services and a place for that. It's a very pleasant mid-range assisted living, and it has pretty good food and activities.
