Situated close to a number of local shopping spots, restaurants and area medical services, Sheldon Park is one of Eugene's premier senior living providers. Offering both assisted living and memory care accommodations and services, residents at our community enjoy an inviting atmosphere and compassionate care provided by highly trained staff members.
Sheldon Park is owned by Blue Harbor Senior Living. An operator of senior communities based out of Portland, Oregon, Blue Harbor Senior Living has communities in six states.
Featured Amenities
Three delicious meals are served each and every day in our community dining room. Each dish is prepared by our Executive Chef and experienced dining staff, and residents enjoy a healthy selection of menu options for each meal. When entertaining guests or hosting a special event, we offer the use of our private dining room.
Apartments here at Sheldon Park come in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Shared and private arrangements are available, and each apartment comes standard with ample closet space, a private bathroom and an emergency call system for added peace of mind. Assisted living accommodations also include in-unit kitchenettes.
Available Services
Activities are a big part of community life, and residents have the opportunity to take part in a broad range of events. These can include guided arts and crafts projects, group exercise classes, live on-site music, dancing and more. I visited this facility
Sheldon Park Assisted Living was the best one I saw. The people were very friendly and informative. The rates were reasonable. The dining area looked really fine and the menu looked nice. They have a very small library, game rooms, craft rooms, and a hair salon. The staff was very helpful. It was a very nice and clean place.

I visited this facility
Sheldon Park turned us down because of the nature of my husband's dementia, but they have reached out a couple of times. I'm pleased with the facilities and staff. There was a little issue I had in my mind with the shared rooms about having a side-by-side entry with visual observation into both sides. I can see that would be beneficial for staff, but it would be uncomfortable for family visiting. They were undergoing renovation when I was there, but it appeared clean and well maintained.

I visited this facility
Sheldon Park seems good, and it looks like a nice place. The staff members are responsive and seem caring. The studio rooms are also nice and clean with high ceilings. My father-in-law is in assisted living, but with an abridged program because he also has memory issues.

I visited this facility
Sheldon Park was a very nice place. It's very clean and well-staffed. I was looking in their memory care section. They have a very nice setup. The rooms were kind of small. They have studios or 1-bedrooms. The studios are a shared bathroom setup. The 1-bedroom actually had bathroom in them, and those have a little more room, so if you want to put up a TV, you could.

I visited this facility
I think Sheldon Park was OK, except once you run out of money, they don't want you anymore. They won't go on Medicaid. The room was small. The staff was OK, but once I told them I wasn't interested, they weren't interested in me either. Their activities were limited. There wasn't any interaction.
