Prairie House Assisted Living and Memory Care is a full concierge Assisted Living and Memory Care community in collaboration with Ascension St. John Hospital in Broken Arrow, OK.
Prairie House is unique from most communities in the Tulsa area in that the community staffs a Nurse 24 hours a day 7 days a week on site.
Prairie House features all the amenities, services and programs to enhance our residents' lives:

I visited this facility
Prairie House Assisted Living and Memory Care was a large facility, but it's very nice and looked clean. They only had a studio available, and we were looking for one-bedroom. The person during the visit was very good, very informative, and very nice. It's brand new, too.
