At Tallgrass Estates, you’ll enjoy living in a private apartment suite. With several floor plans to choose from, each unit has its own kitchenette, living area and independent climate controls. During the day, you’ll enjoy three meals prepared by professionally trained chefs, and a private dining room is available for hosting special occasions.
Challenge your friends to a game of pool or relax in our community lounge. We also love having dogs and cats around, so pets are warmly welcomed. Plus, when you decide to go on vacation, you can stay at any of Holiday Retirement’s 300 communities at no extra charge.
Available Services
If you take a close look around our community, you may notice that a few of our residents stand out. These are our Community Managers, who live on site to provide 24-hour support and security. You'll see them sharing a meal with residents in our dining room, attending one of our social events and taking the time to make sure each and every one of our residents feel welcomed and included.
We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

It was lovely. The staff who helped me was very personable. The dining area and rooms looked nice. We looked at a variety of them. The place was clean and homey. It looked great.
