My brother-in-law lives here. The appearance of the facility is nice, but it's very antiseptic, and it's very upscale, but institutional. There's not a whole lot of family feeling. It's in a nice area, but you can't get anywhere, because there are no sidewalks. It's not a right place to go for someone who grew up in the country. It is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. His apartment is very nice, fairly upscale, and it would be nice if they could offer units that do not have kitchens because a large part of the living area is taken up by a full kitchen that he almost never utilizes.

My visit was nice and good. It's only a year old and a very good community. In the dining area, you order off a menu of three entrees, and they bring it to you, like on a cruise ship. The staff helped us as we walked through, and the residents were also nice and friendly. We saw a two-bedrrom that was very nice and had all the accommodations a person would want.

It is fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, but for me, there wasn't enough greenery. It looked very much like a hotel. The outside is all cement and the backside doesn't have any trees or flowers. For me, that was a negative. It is actually not even built on a place where they can do very much with it. It is right on Sawmill, which is a very busy street, and it doesn't have a lot of room in the back, so they're not going to be able to do a lot with that.
