Our Zumba Gold classes are designed for the active older adult, combining international dance rhythms with movements that can be done standing or sitting in a chair. At the same time we also offer fun cognitive stimulation games through our Dakim BrainFitness machine which was specially designed for seniors with a large touch screen and friendly audio-instruction.

Our assisted living communities provide an unparalleled level of attention to the changing needs and abilities of each resident. This means that we continually adapt our support, enabling each resident to maintain as much independence as possible.
