Sunrise on Providence's rooms are very well laid out. The problem is the cost since it's very expensive. The dining area is excellent and they take residents out to do various things. It's easy to get around the facility and they furnished it very well. The staff was courteous and seemed professional.

Sunrise on Providence was very nice. The room was beautiful and spacious. I got the impression that it was more of a corporate environment and that there wasn't that personal touch because of its size. They have like 100 residents, and I think you could get lost in that. The place and the grounds are beautiful. It's also very accessible for virtually everybody in Charlotte. They showed me the calendar of their activities. There was a shuttle bus, but I didn't see people getting on or off. Value is average because I found some communities that are extremely expensive. It looks like a 4-star to me; everybody seems happy. It is also clean and in a good location.
