Its front porch sits directly across from Lansdowne Elementary School where you can easily see the children playing ball at Recess. When you first drive up, you can't help but notice the size of the two great big â€œQueen's Roadâ€ type Oaks in the Front Yard. The property is approximately 1/3 in acreage, beautifully manicured lawn (front and back), and a beautiful circular driveway leading up to the front steps. A side (off driveway) wheelchair accessible ramp has been installed on the side of the house for easy access. A final ramp is located on the beautiful back deck which includes a Gas Grill and spacious Outdoor Furniture for Carolina afternoons and evenings. The deck also has a gorgeous Cedar Pergola over it with fans and a light. There is even outdoor speakers to enjoy music on the back deck.

PACE 
 
The&nbsp;<a href="https://dma.ncdhhs.gov/medicaid/get-started/eligibility-for-medicaid-or-health-choice/medicaid-for-long-term-care" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PACE program</a>&nbsp;offers care to frail Charlotte seniors, who must be 55 or older, need the same level of care as nursing facility services and meet other conditions listed in the PACE organization&rsquo;s agreement. PACE isn&rsquo;t a direct funding source to pay for senior care. Instead, it covers senior&rsquo;s medical needs and some assistance with the activities of daily living, which can help seniors save on assisted living costs since many of these services aren&rsquo;t included in the basic monthly fees.
