Legacy House of Centennial Hills provides both assisted living and memory care services. Our residents enjoy daily activities, restaurant-style dining, beautifully decorated living areas and a variety of apartment floor plans all in a home-like setting.

I visited this facility
We visited Legacy House of Centennial Hills, and we are in the process of moving my father in. It's very beautiful, looked new, and well-maintained. He really liked it, and the residents and the staff were very friendly. One resident said the food was very good. They had lots of activities, and they seemed to have an active activity plan. They had transportation, beauty salon, a fitness center, a library, a theater, and an outdoor courtyard.

I visited this facility
We went to Legacy House of Centennial Hills. The staff we met were good. We liked the admin staff, Emily. There were a lot of pluses, but the difficult thing was that they made smoking almost impossible for my mother-in-law. They said it was out the front door and around a couple corners, but there is nowhere to sit. They make it almost impossible so you don't do it. It was just too large; I was lost going down the hall. The biggest reason we decided against them was the reviews. They had horrible reviews. The room was nice. It had an outdoor patio.
