Residents enjoy their meals every day in our elegant dining room which offers breathtaking views of our community's 20-foot waterfall. Through our Freedom Dining program, each senior chooses how they enjoy the fine dining at our community. Accommodations are offered in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. All apartments come standard with full kitchens, individually controlled thermostats, washer and dryer hook-ups, and emergency response systems.
Active seniors enjoy the convenience of having a fitness center right on site, as well as numerous exercise programs in which to participate. For a bit of relaxation, our whirlpool spa is a great way to unwind. Our 150-seat theater is often host to live performances and movie showings.
Available Services
When in need of a cut or trim, our on-site salon and barber shop is a convenient place to visit. Weekly housekeeping is provided for all residences, and our community is regularly maintained by our full-time maintenance staff. As needed, we happily provide scheduled transportation services so residents can easily reach appointments and run errands.
On-site banking is available for use, made possible by Mutual of Omaha, and pharmacy services are also available right within the walls of our community. When needed, massage therapy services are also available.

I was very impressed with Maple Ridge. The lady who showed me around was very knowledgeable and very kind. We had a nice conversation and I enjoyed her pleasant personality. The facilities were very clean and I can see the peace on the faces of the folks living there. The things to do there without even leaving the premises seem to cover all the bases. They seemed to have something for everyone. The idea of having meals prepared is going to be an important part of my needs in the future. Everything I saw was very nice. It's very comfortable and it gave the aura of pleasantness, like being at home.

Maple Ridge was very nice and new, and there were a lot of activities going on. It's open, bright, and big, but a lot more money than the others. The staff was good. They showed me a one-bedroom, a library, and an exercise room. The food was good.

My mother in law has been at Maple Ridge for almost 7 yrs. The staff have been great. Management sometimes not so good, but it’s usually rectified quickly. The wait staff for the dining area are wonderful. The food has been questionable lately. I just wish they could find a competent chef. The cleaning service is ok. Not as thorough as it could be. The people who live there are fantastic!! They have great activities for everyone (cards, puzzles, bingo, Mexican train, exercise room, Trips to stores for shopping & more). Love that they have space for your washer & dryer! Storage space is adequate for 1-2 people. Every apartment appears to be very quiet. My mom in law has enjoyed being there and plans to stay until she can’t because of her health. The library (if you like to read) is exceptional! The grounds are nice and the water features inside & outside are very serene. Thank you, Maple ridge for your dedication to your clients.
