The newly renovated Holiday Garden Village is a pet-friendly, independent senior living community located in Kansas City, Missouri, just minutes from the Zona Rosa Town Center. 

 Garden Village features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit includes modern amenities like a full kitchen or kitchenette, basic cable TV and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Parking is available. 

 Community grounds are well-maintained. Indoor common spaces are designed to foster engagement and include a resident kitchen, fitness center and theater.
