Senior Star at Villa Ventura seemed smaller, but not in a bad way. The rooms were a little bit larger. This community seemed tight knit and they really all knew each other, which you can imagine with a smaller group. They had very nice dining. The salesperson has contacted me repeatedly, she's a real go-getter, and she really has made a lot of effort. When I was leaving, she handed me a packed lunch that they had prepared for me, so that was extremely nice. They just were very welcoming. It was a very warm place. It felt like you already knew the people there, and it would be enjoyable in that way. The staff was fantastic.

I visited Villa Ventura. The apartments were nice and modern, but rather small. There was not too much storage. The dining area was impressive. They have different choices. They have exercise and television. Everything was OK. The place was sterile, but I was very impressed with everything else. I think they take very good care of you. I would feel very safe and well cared for there.

Senior Star at Villa Ventura's staff went above and beyond and were very nice. They have more than one level, but it was easy to get on the elevator and move around. They have a very nice and beautiful courtyard and the grounds were just one level. They have an exquisite dining facility.

We like Senior Star at Villa Ventura the best. It was more reasonably priced. The place was very nice, but not too fancy and not too big. My brother is a very simple person, so it was a very nice setting for him. We really like it; it is just not the right time. They have a lot of activities. The person who assisted me was wonderful. We had a good meal there. They had a very nice dining area and a wonderful chef.

Senior Star at Villa Ventura is over the top and I loved it. My father stayed there before in independent living. Unfortunately, he did not fall into the military criteria in order to get the stipend from the military to stay, so it became too expensive. One of the things that I loved about them is that they gave us three months free rent to try and work everything out. The activities and programs were amazing. They had a talent show, which my father participated in, and it was fantastic. The dining room, the food and the amenities they had for family were excellent. When he first moved in, they had a welcome dinner for him and the whole family, and we could invite anybody we wanted to come. It was nice and very accommodating. They really get to know the family of their residents. If the residents don't go to dinner, they'll call them to see if they want dinner brought to them. They're amazing. It's the best I've ever seen. They have transportation to outings, restaurants, and Walmart.

We toured Senior Star at Villa Ventura. The staff was very friendly, it seemed to be clean, I don't recall anything odd, and I think everything was fine. We had a meal there, and it was fine. I met a few of the residents, several of the staff members introduced themselves and welcomed us for our visit.
