Riva Ridge is located in Shakopee, MN. Seniors can enjoy life in a bustling location south of the Minnesota River, with Canterbury Park and the SandVenture Aquatic Park close by. King of Glory Lutheran Church is within easy driving distance, and 1st Avenue is home to many shops and restaurants.
Riva Ridge is a multi-generational apartment complex with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Staff is on hand 24 hours a day for emergency maintenance, and an on-site management office handles community issues. The facility is run by Thies and Talle Management, a Minnesota-based company with over three decades of experience in the industry.
Amenities include a community room for socializing, a weekly coffee hour, controlled building access, a basketball court, an outdoor pool and a playground area for younger family members. Laundry facilities are available on the property, and heating, water rates and trash collection are included in the rental price. Pets are welcome at the property.
