Facility offers four different floor plans including one bedroom, two bedroom, a companion suite, and a one bedroom with den. Next to grocery stores with transportation provided to and from various locations. Spacious rooms offered to residents and facility offers a laundry room. Great community of staff and residents. The facility offers many options on the menu. However, there are long halls.

Residence offers a gourmet chef and delicious meal options. Beautiful, high-end architecture, facility offers a resort-feel to the atmosphere. The halls are long which may be problematic for those with mobility issues. Residents are not interacting in the atmosphere, but appeared to be locked up inside their rooms, offering a private and secure space, but may be lonely for those needing an engaging atmosphere. Residents receive one meal per day.

Within walking distance of coffee shops and grocery stores, facility offers one and two bedroom apartment options with have large storage spaces, spacious kitchen, and a public laundry room with coin slots. Guest suites available but for a fee. Residents are responsible for utility bills, including cable and phone. Program offers a bi-weekly shopping trip. Residents purchases a lump some amount of monthly meals using a prepaid card.
