I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
Not a positive experience. Moved out after 6 months. They do a good job giving a tour and assuring how experienced the staff is and make plenty of promises. The day we move my mother there it all went down hill. Management was extremely disorganized and next to impossible to meet with. They were alway's arguing about something in the office's and appeared to be in a state of crisis and understaffed. Seemed there was constant turnover in care aides. Sometimes Aides came to do their care tasks other times not. Found my mom in soiled bedding and undergarments constantly even though we paid for continence care. They would forget to give medications and sometimes mixed up her meds with other residents. They lost her Diabetes test kit but refused to admit it and tried to give us someone else's diabetes test kit. The entire atmosphere is chaotic and loud and unprofessional. All Staff wear very loud pagers that are constantly beeping at an extremely high volume. They talk on these blaring walkie talkies even when a resident is sick and trying to sleep. Not a very healing or peaceful environment. The kitchen is open to the Dining room and all you can hear is banging plates and screeching timers going off. there was alway's food all over the floor, tables not cleaned up. The food was below average. Vegetables that were so overcooked they were Grey. A fresh salad came in a tiny condiment cup. Activities were lacking. An activity bus sat in the same spot the entire 6 months we were there. They did have live music a couple times per month which was good. Most concerning was when my mother got the Flu and had 103 temp. The staff quarantined her to her room (to avoid spreading it) but they never came to check on her. Never checked her Temp, never once brought tylenol, water or food. The AIde walked right by my mom when she was laying half off her bed soiled in vomit and Diarrhea. When I complained to management they said it was my fault that staff didn't know she was sick. (even though I talked to several of the aides to check in on her over night since she was quarantined). After that we chose to move out. I do not recommend Keystone.

Just 10 minutes away from the Mississippi market, those festive and celebratory will enjoy the facility's yearly galas with their families, other residents and staff. The galas provide a wide variety of food, music and atmosphere. Along with the yearly galas, the facility also hosts weekly performances by guest artists on site. Program offers a great option for residents with high medical needs or frailty of age, and included in each resident's plan is a highly monitored facility beeper to use when in need of assistance. Great dining room facility and menu options for the health conscious and those with sensitive dietary needs, including diabetics. Wine and beer served as a menu option.
